Prime Minister of Armenia Pashinyan announced! “We are ready to recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan”

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that Armenia can sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan and is ready to recognize the territorial integrity of 86,600 square kilometers, including the Karabakh region.

Prime Minister Pashinyan answered questions at the press conference and made statements about the agenda.

Talking about the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Pashinyan noted that Armenia is ready to recognize Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity of 86,600 square kilometers, which includes the Karabakh region.

Expressing that Armenia can sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan through intense dialogue, Pashinyan said that the issues agreed upon in Washington should be reflected in the draft text of the peace agreement.

HIGHLIGHT OF 1975

Pashinyan stated that if a mutual understanding is reached with Azerbaijan on the reopening of transportation routes, this would contribute positively to the peace agreement.

Mentioning the issue of determining the borders, Pashinyan stated that the 1975 maps can be taken as a basis in this regard.

Pashinyan pointed out that on May 25, under the mediation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, they will meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. (AA)
