According to the statement made by the Federation of Caucasian Associations (KAFFED); Vice President Bella Hakunova, Minister of Culture Yuri Autlev, Deputy Minister of Education Susanna Paranuk, President of the Return Committee Şhalaho Asker, President of Adige Xase Tlemeşok Ramazan, Officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Olga Şalimova and Igor Terzyan were present at the meeting.

In the statement, it was stated that the President of the Republic of Adygea, Kumpıl Murat, congratulated the President Ünal Uluçay and the board of directors who were elected at the last congress and wished them success, and especially expressed their satisfaction with the message “KAFFED, the One Who Turns to the Motherland”. In addition, it was reported that he stated that he would provide the necessary support on the issues conveyed by the delegation under headings, and that the relations between Turkey and Russia would be positively affected by the mutual steps to be taken.
In addition, the statement also stated that President Kumpıl Murat stated that the issues brought up by the delegation, such as education in the homeland, inter-university relations, return studies, tourism, archeology conference, language conference, etc., could be carried out with support from both the republican budget and the federal budget, if appropriate conditions are met.
In the said statement, it was also stated that he expressed his satisfaction with the issue of homeland being brought to the agenda and the issue was embraced, and emphasized the positive contributions of the Circassians in various countries of the world to the countries they live in.
