Postnord’s warning – you should be aware of this before Christmas shopping

As the Christmas season approaches, so does the season for fraudsters. November 11 marks the start of this year’s sale times – Black Friday and mid-day sales are coming.

Now Postnord issues a press release and warns those who shop online. Consumers are advised to be alert to fraudsters who pretend to be or represent various logistics companies, which Smålands Dagblad Be the first to write about.

Verify the sender

– At the slightest doubt, one should verify the sender by contacting the company’s customer service, says Alexis Larssonsecurity manager at Postnord to Smålands Dagblad.

Postnord encourages consumers to use their own app to receive messages directly from the company. They also say that you should not click on links from text messages or emails if you suspect a scam in any way.
