Verify the sender
– At the slightest doubt, one should verify the sender by contacting the company’s customer service, says Alexis Larssonsecurity manager at Postnord to Smålands Dagblad.
Postnord encourages consumers to use their own app to receive messages directly from the company. They also say that you should not click on links from text messages or emails if you suspect a scam in any way.
