They were in a car on the Groenewoudsedijk next to the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. To get them out of the car safely and in a controlled manner, the so-called “dangerous suspect approach technique” was used, the police wrote on Instagram. “This means that we talked the suspects out of the vehicle with our firearms drawn.”
