After the motorcycle police officer gave a stop sign, the young man took off at an undiminished high speed. The chase was then started through residential areas, parks and alleys. Local residents helped the police by pointing them in the right direction. This eventually resulted in the arrest of the driver in the vicinity of the Hovenierlaan.
