Smoking day on October 21st, 2023 with Pionskora
When does it start? The event starts on October 21st at 11:00 a.m. It is active until 5:00 p.m.
What bonuses are there? Pionskora are attracted to your smoke. There is also an increased chance of encountering Shiny Pionskora. If you light a smoke during the event time, its duration will be doubled.
You will also find an exclusive event bundle in the shop that only costs you one PokéCoin. Field research will bring you further encounters with Pionskora or reward you with items such as stardust and hyperballs.
At what time do which Pokémon appear through smoke?
This is what you need to know: Smoke alternately attracts Bug or Poison Pokémon. Which guy’s turn changes every hour on the hour.
Which Bug Pokémon appear through smoke? Raupy, Hornliu, Pinsir, Yanma, Wumpel and Reißlaus. Sichlor and Araqua are also less common.
Which Poison Pokémon appear through smoke? Rettan, Zubat, Schluppuck, Skunkapuh, Glibunkel and Algitt. Alolan Sleima and Unratütox are also less common.
Who is it worth it for? If you’re still missing a few of the highlighted Pokémon, this event is a great way to catch them. The higher chance of shinys is an incentive for many trainers to catch at least a few of the shiny specimens at the event.
The longer time for smoke and adventure smoke is also worth it.
