The Minister for European Affairs, Cohesion Policies and the PNRR said this Raffaele Fittoin Naples on the sidelines of a meeting organized by the Fondazione Mezzogiorno in the headquarters of the Union of Industrialists, responding to a question on the danger, highlighted by ANCE, that the small municipalities may lose Pnrr funds with the revision of the plan. “I respond with a fact because the discussions have now gone too far. The facts will speak, the rest seems to me that it often becomes a controversy that we don’t need”, added Fitto.
“These are busy days, we are in a phase of discussion with the European Union on the definition of the fourth installment of the Pnrr and on the revision of the entire plan. It is necessary to define the path and establish the overcoming of some issues on which we are working in these hours “, added Fitto reiterating that “the PNRR is a great opportunity on which neither Italy nor Europe can fail. The success or otherwise of the Italian Pnrr may represent the success or otherwise of the overall plan at European level”.
