The written test will last 100 minutes with 50 questions: forty multiple choice questions aimed at ascertaining the candidate’s knowledge and skills in the pedagogical, psycho-pedagogical and didactic-methodological fields (ten questions in the pedagogical field; fifteen questions in the psycho-pedagogical field, including the aspects relating to inclusion; fifteen questions relating to teaching methodology, including aspects relating to evaluation; five multiple choice questions on knowledge of the English language at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages; multiple choice questions on digital skills relating to the educational use of the most effective multimedia technologies and electronic devices to enhance the quality of learning).
The oral test for common positions is aimed at ascertaining in particular the candidate’s knowledge and skills on the discipline of the competition class for which he is participating.
During the meeting on Orizzonte scuola Tv, Professor Cozzetto declared that “the calls for tenders are similar to those of Pnrr 1, published in 2023. There is the possibility of access with reservations while waiting to achieve the qualifying path ( 30 or 60 credits). The issue of timing was clarified, publication of standardized and transparent regional merit rankings was requested. As a union we reiterated that this competition was not necessary. there are many suitable people who needed to be hired: these procedures force the candidate to repeat the tests, we prefer the double recruitment channel. The tables are attached to the ministerial decrees, they are unchanged. This competition must be valid for the purposes of assigning points for having passed an ordinary competition procedure: the Pnrr is to all intents and purposes an ordinary competition”.
“As regards the other procedures – continued the general secretary of Anief, Chiara Cozzetto – everything is identical: 100 points for the written, the novelty is that not only those who obtain at least 70 out of 100 will pass the test, but also those who fall within the triple number of places advertised. Then there will be a practical or oral test where applicable: 100 points for the oral test, 50 points for the evaluation of qualifications (maximum score therefore 250 points). We have underlined the ITP paradox. 30% reserve for those who have completed three years of service in state schools in the last 5″.
