(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Planetel archives the 2022 financial year with Consolidated Revenues equal to 30.5 million euros compared to 22.1 million in 2021 (+38%).
Consolidated EBITDA stood at 7.1 million (compared to 5.2 million in 2021, +38%), while theEBIT Consolidated is equal to 2.2 million Euros (+61% compared to 1.4 million in 2021) and theNet income Consolidated at 1.5 million Euros, up 40% compared to 1.0 million Euros in 2021.
Net Financial Position (NFP) Group cash negative for Euro 11.9 million (cash negative for 8.2 million in 2021).
An ordinary dividend of €0.07 per share is proposed.
The Board of Directors will propose to the Shareholders’ Meeting to allocate the Profit for the year 2022, equal to Euro 895,969, as follows: Euro 44,798 to the legal reserve; for Euro 472,693 to ordinary dividends, attributing to each share a unit dividend of Euro 0.07; as for the difference, equal to Euro 378,478, to the extraordinary reserve.
