(Finance) – As part of the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary on shares Pierrel, a global provider of the pharmaceutical industry listed on Euronext Milan, reports that today, 1 December 2023, 5,314 membership requests were submitted. Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 212,677, equal to 3.85356% of the offer.
The offering began on November 27, 2023 and will end on December 15, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that Pierrel ordinary shares purchased on the market on 14 and 15 December 2023 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
