The Sexy Beast series revolves around small-time crooks Gal (James McArdle) and Don (Emun Elliott), who made it big in the 1990s enter the London underworld want. Gal also meets the erotic film actress DeeDee (Sarah Greene) and begins a dangerous affair with her.

Sexy Beast tells the backstory to the cult film of the same name, in which Gal (Ray Winstone) meets the now extremely threatening Don (Ben Kingsley) again after a long time. Under the scorching sun of a Spanish holiday resort, he tries to save his skin. The crime comedy is the first feature film from master director Jonathan Glazer (The Zone of Interest) and is considered one of the highlights of British gangster films.
