(Finance) – Morgan Stanley has one potential share equal to 5.511% in the capital of Italmobiliare, an investment holding company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and controlled by the Pesenti family. This is what emerges from the CONSOB communications relating to significant shareholdings, where it is reported that the operation dates back to 17 April 2024.
In particular, 4.355% are voting rights relating to shareswhile 1.156% consists of shares subject to securities lending contracts without expiration date and with the possibility of repayment at any time at the discretion of the lender.
The stake is held through companies check Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC, Prime Dealer Services Corp. and Morgan Stanley & CO. LLC.
