(Finance) – The 2024 budget law authorised, for the period 2024-2027, further resources for access to early retirement of the workers polygraphs of printing companies daily newspapers and periodicalsie of publishing companies of daily newspapers, periodicals and press agencies with national circulation who have presented, between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2023, company reorganization or restructuring plans in the presence of crisis and for which extraordinary salary supplement treatments have been authorised.
With the INPS circular 23 May 2024 n. 68, the Institute provides instructions and clarifications on the completion of the requirements that allow early retirement also in 2024.
Considering that the contribution requirement reduced by 35 yearsscheduled for 2020-2023, must be accrued by 31 December 2023, the pension treatment can be obtained with effect no later than December 2024.
As a result, the extraordinary treatment of integration salary aimed at early retirement must be used by 30 November 2024, the final date for submitting the pension application.
