(Finance) – As part of the public exchange offer (OPS) mandatory promoted from Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrill, it appears that today, April 21, 2023, 27,499 applications for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the applications for membership are 314,150, equal to 0.1647% of the offer.
The offer began on April 14, 2023 and will end on May 15th 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that Autogrill ordinary shares purchased on the market on 12 and 15 May 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
