OPPO opened a Technical Service point in Kadikoy and Sisli

OPPO opened 2 new technical service points of its own in Kadıköy and Şişli as a step towards investment in the Turkish market.

While OPPO serves its customers with 14 authorized service points established by its business partners in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, Antalya and Trabzon, today it opened its own service points in Kadıköy and Şişli as a step of its investments in Turkey. Both technical services operate on the repair of smart phone and IoT products with software and mechanical workmanship, and in cases where repair is not possible, the product is exchanged under warranty.

While both service points provide services by hand delivery, the service point in Kadıköy can also receive deliveries via cargo. The maximum delivery time is limited to 3 days at the service points that are configured to be processed within 1 hour for repairs made by hand. In this way, customers can get results without wasting too much time in the repair process.

At the Kadıköy Technical Service point, in addition to repair services, OPPO model mobile phones and accessories are also sold, and such purchase needs of customers can be answered through the service point.

Thanks to the appointment service that will be activated in the first half of 2022, customers will be able to get service without waiting in line at Kadıköy or Şişli services by making an appointment on the OPPO website.
