(Finance) – Openjobmetisone of the main Employment Agencies, following the authorization from the Competition and Market Authority, today completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Just On Business SpA, as well as 100 % of the capital of the subsidiary Deine Group.
As expected, explains a note, the agreed consideration is equal to 29.7 million euros in cash, in addition to the signing of a non-competition agreement with the founding partners for a duration of 3 years valued at 2.2 million in total.
