(Finance) – With reference to the public purchase offer (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted on Net Insurancean insurance company listed on Euronext STAR Milan, the Institute for Insurance Supervision (IVASS) has authorized Net Holding (the offeror) to acquire a controlling stake directly in Net Insurance and, consequently, of an indirect controlling stake in Net Insurance Life.
The offer document will be published once approved by Consob.
