(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by Amalfi Holding (company indirectly owned by Investindustrial) on shares La Doriait appears that today, April 8, 2022, 19,336 requests for membership have been submitted.
Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions are at 279,060, equal to 4.48% of the offer.
The offer, which began on March 28, 2022, will end on April 21, 2022.
Italian Stock Exchange reminds that the ordinary shares of La Doria purchased on the market on 20 and 21 April 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
