Supporting France in its ambitions by matter of energetic transition is one of the major ambitions of the nuclear industry.

In this context, EDF, the third industrial sector in France, is launching a major recruitment campaign to meet the needs for industrial, technical and digital.

100 positions are available to become a player in the energy transition!

Since February 7 and until February 24, 2022, EDF and its subsidiaries have set out to conquer profiles: managers and project managers with at least 3 years’ experience, but also young graduates in the fields of maintenance – faucetsboilermaking, rotating machinery, automation, electricity – for operation, civil engineering, command control, testing.

And since the energy transition to shape the world of tomorrow is everyone’s business, to develop diversity in technical professions, EDF deploys numerous actions to raise awareness among young women from their orientation. In France, the Group is behind initiatives such as Dalkia’s Fem’Energia or Women’s Energy in Transition awards. He is one of the first contributors to the Elles Bougent association, which has nearly 500 EDF godmothers who work in high schools, schools and universities to promote careers in industry, to encourage young women to choose careers scientists. He is also involved in the Fondation Femmes@Numérique, which supports and finances actions of general interest in favor of the feminization of digital professions. These actions are bearing fruit because since 2002, at EDF SA, the number of women in technical professions has tripled.
