“Stig Millehaugen was arrested today without drama”, writes the Oslo Police in a press release.
The 53-year-old Millehaugen has been internationally wanted after the escape, when he took a flight from Trondheim to Oslo and then continued by taxi into Oslo city center.
Last week, the Swedish police carried out an operation against a house in northern Bohuslän in search of the double killer, but without success.
