“The new customer service portal aligns with the priorities set out in Norfolk County’s 2022-2026 Strategic Plan by improving how we deliver services to the community,” said Mayor Amy Martin.

Users can access an online mapping feature to indicate, among other things, the location of potholes, tree inspection requests, and missed waste collection.

Service requests available include road safety concerns, business licensing applications, streetlight issues and outage reporting, and flooding reporting.

Users will receive a case number by email after submitting a request should additional communication with staff be required.

There are several ways to contact ServiceNorfolk to request services or report an issue, including:

  • In person at a ServiceNorfolk counter at the Robinson Administration Building at 185 Robinson St., Simcoe, Monday to Friday, or the Delhi Administration Building at 183 Main St., Delhi, Tuesday to Thursday during regular business hours.
  • By calling 519-426-5870, ext. 4636, during regular business hours.
  • By emailing [email protected]
  • By mail to Norfolk County, Robinson Administration Building, Suite 100, 185 Robinson St., Simcoe
