Next alien movie gets 5 victims and a story that

The alien rampages again, starting March 9th in Budapest. Then begins shooting for Alien 5, the latest installment in the long-running sci-fi horror series that began in 1979. But that’s not the only new information that has found its way onto the internet in the past few days.

There is a first plot description for Alien 5

Alien 5 is directed by horror expert Fede Alvarez (Evil Dead, Don’t Breathe), who this time has a terrorized a much younger cast with the Xenomorph, than we are used to in the series. The following description of the plot emerges from a casting report by the Hollywood Reporter:

Unlike the other films, which have focused on adults in corporate, military and scientific roles, this ninth installment in the series will focus on a group of young people. In a distant colony, the group finds themselves in a fight for survival with the eponymous alien.

Ridley Scott’s first Alien film was essentially a slasher set in space, and with the rejuvenation of the cast, Alien 5 moves closer to that genre. But who are among the potential victims in the new sci-fi film? Here, too, the picture is condensed.

These are the five new additions to the cast of the sci-fi horror film

First up is Dora and the City of Gold star Isabela Merced, who Deadline says will appear in an as-yet-unknown role alongside Spaeny.

With Aileen Wu, the second rather unknown actress joins the science fiction film. She has only acted in short films so far.

Alien 5 has not yet been released in cinemas. The film is set to premiere on the Hulu streaming service in the United States. A start at Disney+ would be conceivable in this country sooner or later.
