(Finance) – In relation to the treasury share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 5, 2022 and the launch of which was communicated on February 22, 2023, Nexi announced that he has purchasedbetween February 22 and March 2, 2023, collectively 245,000 ordinary treasury shares at the average price of 7.5613 euros, for one counter value equal to 1,852,520.290 euros.
Following the purchases communicated on 3 March and considering the ordinary shares already in the portfolio, Nexi holds 423,291 treasury shares equal to approximately 0.03% of the share capital.
