(Finance) – Newlat Foodas part of the authorization for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, announced that from 1 to 31 January 2024, it purchased 154,832 ordinary shares at the average price of 7.94 euros for one countervalue total of 1,232,596.49 euros.
Following the purchases and disposals made so far, the Italian agri-food company holds 1,509,168 own shares equal to 3.44% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, subdued Newlat Foodwhich closed the session with a drop of 1.60%.
