A COMPOSITION THAT HAS NEVER BEEN USED BEFORE
In the news of the US press based on senior law enforcement officials, it was stated that the IEDs prepared by Jabbar were prepared with a composition that has never been used before in the USA and Europe. It was stated in the news that the IEDs that did not explode in the attack were created with an explosive composition that had never been used in a terrorist attack in the USA or Europe before, and it was not yet known how Jabbar learned the explosive composition and how he created it.
Jabbar plowed into the crowd of people having fun on Bourbon Street with the pickup he rented on New Year’s Eve, and 14 people died and 35 people were injured in the attack.
