In a statement made by the Russian Ministry of Defense, claiming that the attack was carried out by the Ukrainian side, “The attempted terrorist attack by the Kiev regime on the facilities in Moscow on the morning of July 30 was prevented. A Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was airborne by air defense systems over Odintsovo in the Moscow region. “Two drones were intercepted by electronic warfare systems and lost control and crashed into a residential area of Moscow City.” it was said.

The ministry also announced that 25 unmanned aerial vehicles were attacked in Crimea as well as Moscow, and announced that 16 of the unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted by Russian air systems and 9 by electronic warfare systems.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in a statement after the attacks, stated that the attacks on Russian territory were an “inevitable, natural and absolutely just process” of the war between the two countries, adding, “The war is slowly returning to Russian soil, its symbolic centers and military bases. This is inevitable, It’s a natural and absolutely fair process.” said.
On the other hand, attacks were carried out with unmanned aerial vehicles on Moscow on 24 and 28 July, and it was declared that there were no dead or injured in the attacks. (UAV)
