New CTU Register: self-certification form from accountants to register on the portal

(Finance) – Il National Council of Accountants has made available to its members a facsimile Of declaration in lieu of certifications, pursuant to art. 46 Presidential Decree 28 December 2000 n. 445, which the expert witnesses will be able to use to complete the application for registration in the new electronic register of official technical consultants and court experts. The model, which can be attached to replace the individual self-certifications and/or documents requested, must be saved in PDF format and duly signed, for the purposes of uploading to the Portal.

To communicate it to the Territorial orders of the categorythrough an information signed by President Elbano de Nuccio, is the National Council of Accountants which, in recent weeks, had made the request to attach a single self-certification to the Department for the digital transition of justice, statistical analysis and cohesion policies of the Ministry of Justice.

The Single Portal therefore allows those requesting registration to attach a single self-certification valid for all the documents for which it is required by current legislation such as residence, registry, registration in the professional association, criminal record and pending charges .

There registration procedure toRegister of office technical consultants and experts at the court, managed pursuant to the provisions of art. 16-novies dln179/2012 in exclusively electronic mode through the National Portal of CTUs and experts, provides that the ex-officio technical consultants and experts already registered in the registers district records held in paper form on 4 January 2024, must resubmit the application for registration by 4 March 2024.

The new registration questions in the CTU register may be presented by professionals exclusively within two time windows, including one between 1 March and 30 April and the other between 1 September and 31 October of each year, always through the electronic procedure provided on the aforementioned Portal.

We thank the offices of the Ministry who, once again, have collected the requests coming from this National Council”.
