(Finance) – The General Directorate for Information Systems of the Ministry of Justice has created some slides to guide professionals in the online registration procedure for the new “CTU register portal, experts and national list“. This was communicated by National Council of Accountants to Local Associations of the category through an information signed by the president Elbano de Nuccio.

The Ministry offices have created two Power Point files which faithfully reproduce the screens that the professional will encounter when filling out the application. The first file is for those who access the portal through CNS or CIE, the second is for those who decide to access via SPID. In both files, among other things, the possibility of attaching the single multiple self-certification form, requested in recent weeks by the National Council of Accountants to the same Ministry, is acknowledged.

For complete the registrationaccountants will be able to use the specimen declaration in lieu of individual self-certifications and/or the required documents (residence, registry, registration with the professional association, criminal record and pending charges) that the National Council has made available to its members.

It is reiterated that the procedure for registration in the Register of official technical consultants and experts at the court, managed exclusively electronically, provides that the official technical consultants and experts already registered in the district registers kept in paper form on the date of 4 January 2024 must resubmit the application for registration via the online register by 4 March.

New applications, however, can only be submitted within two time windows, one between 1 March and 30 April and the other between 1 September and 31 October of each year.

“Since the beginning of January, the National Council has reported anomalies in the functioning of the Single Portal to the Ministry, asking it to implement the registration procedure – he states Giovanna Greco, advisor and national secretary of the accountants with responsibility for judicial and ADR functions –. By collecting requests from many members, we have also prepared a single self-certification model to make it easier for accountants to fill out the applications. The slides made available to the Ministry represent a further step towards the simplification of their activity”.
