Bombastic monster action from the creators of The Lord of the Rings is leaving Netflix
Peter Jackson’s (The Lord of the Rings trilogy) film is a remake of the original 1933 King Kong. In the remake, desperate director Carl (Jack Black) lures actress Ann (Naomi Watts) and writer Jack (Adrien Brody) together with the film crew for the mythical monkey island Skull Island. There he wants to make a film about the legendary figure King Kong (Andy Serkis in a motion capture suit). And soon gets closer to him than his fellow travelers would like.

King Kong is a prime example of Jackson’s unparalleled talent for creating worlds on screen.
