(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the share buyback programme, between 30 October and 3 November 2023, it purchased 5,000 own shares at the weighted average price of 2.8020 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 14,010.00 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of November 3, the Company holds 252,000 own shares equal to 1.772% of the share capital.
