Province of Utrecht – The petition requesting the municipality of Utrecht to investigate and address the traffic situation on the Biltse Rading was handed over this morning to district alderman Susanne Schilderman. A serious accident happened on the busy road last Friday in which a 66-year-old woman from Woerden and a 5-year-old boy were killed.
