Measurements show that three quarters of moped and light moped riders currently do not adhere to the rules regarding their position on the road. “They are wider than other cycle path users. This can cause unsafe situations and crowds on the cycle path,” said responsible councilor Lot van Hooijdonk. “We think it is important that everyone can continue to use the cycle path safely.”
