In particular, the measure establishes that for the purchase of new vehicles of category M1 in the range of emissions 0-20 g / km (electric), with a price of up to 35 thousand euros + VAT, it is possible to request a contribution of 3 thousand euros, to which a further 2 thousand euros can be added if an approved car in a class lower than 5 euros is scrapped at the same time. eco-bonus category is financed with 220 million in 2022, 230 million in 2023 and 245 million in 2024.

For the purchase of new M1 category vehicles in the range of emission 21-60 g / km (plug – in hybrids), with a price of up to 45 thousand euros + VAT, it is possible to request a contribution of 2 thousand euros to which a further 2 thousand euros can be added if an approved car in a class lower than 5 euros is scrapped at the same time This category of eco-bonus is financed with 225 million in 2022, 235 million in 2023 and 245 million in 2024.

For the purchase of new M1 category vehicles in the range of emissions 61-135 g / km (endothermic with low emissions), with a price of up to 35 thousand euros + VAT, it is possible to request a contribution of 2 thousand euros if an approved car in a class of less than 5 euros is scrapped at the same time. 170 million in 2022, 150 million in 2023 and 120 million in 2024.

Incentives for the purchase of electric, hybrid, plug-in and endothermic vehicles are only granted to natural persons. A small percentage of the funds is reserved for car sharing companies for the purchase of electric, hybrid and plug-in vehicles. Contributions for the purchase of vehicles commercial of category N1 and N2, brand new, with electric power only. The incentive is granted with the simultaneous scrapping of an approved vehicle in a class lower than Euro 4. A contribution of 4,000 euros is therefore recognized for N1 vehicles up to 1.5 tons, of 6,000 euros for N1 vehicles greater than 1.5 tons and up to 3.49 tons, of 12,000 euros for N2 vehicles from 3.5 tons up to 7 tons. A contribution of 14,000 euros is recognized for N2 vehicles over 7 tons and up to 12 tons. This eco-bonus category is financed with 10 million in 2022, 15 million in 2023 and 20 million in 2024.

Incentives have also been provided for the purchase of mopeds And electric and hybrid motorcycles (categories L1e, L2e, L3e, L4e, L5e, L6e, L7): a contribution of 30% of the purchase price up to a maximum of 3,000 euros and 40% up to 4,000,000 euros if a motorcycle in a class of Euro 0 to 3. This eco-bonus is financed with 15 million euros for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.

For factory-new thermal mopeds and motorcycles (categories L1e, L2e, L3e, L4e, L5e, L6e, L7) a contribution of 40% of the price of the purchase and up to 2500 euros with scrapping. This category of eco-bonus is financed with 10 million in 2022, 5 million in 2023 and 5 million in 2024. The provision will come into force after the registration of the Court of Auditors and publication in Journal Official.
