After his debut season, he is now selected in this year’s rookie team.

Raymond did not have much to oppose in the fight over who is this year’s rookie – but he had reason to rejoice with his teammate. The Calder Trophy was awarded this year to Detroit defender Moritz Seider, who from his back position accounted for a mighty 50 points in 82 games.

Moritz Seider is a familiar name to all Swedish hockey fans, when he had a smash hit in Rögle last season.
