“Our holding company closed a truly memorable year – said theCEO Pier Silvio Berlusconi – We have done everything a publicly traded company can and should do. We have invested in development by consolidating our Spanish television, growing our stake in Germany and we have remunerated all shareholders, plus without significantly increasing our debt. So really good.”

“We have decided, I dare say as a matter of business ethics, to go back to hiring – he added – In 2023 we had set ourselves a target of 250 new hires, I can say that we closed with well over 300 new hires. And we would like to do the same thing in 2024 and 2025, hiring especially young people and women.”

Pier Silvio Berlusconi finally anticipated the consolidated data of the advertising collection in the first quarter of 2024even higher than the 5% previously communicated: “We have found a really strong market.
