Mediobanca cautious stock ahead of the Board of Directors From

(Finance) – Trades just above par Mediobancawith the market’s attention focused today on the Board of Directors.

The appointments committee of Mediobanca will today propose to the Piazzetta Cuccia board the list of the Board of Directors, complete with the four new entries who will replace the directors who have reached the age limit established by the statute.

This is a shortlist of twelve names, which do not include representatives of Delfin (the largest single shareholder with 19.8%) nor of the Caltagirone group (9.8%), which include the CEO Alberto NagelPresident Renato Pagliaro and the general manager Saverio Vinci which make up a list in total continuity with the past.

The trendline of the stock on a weekly basis moves parallel to that of FTSE MIBhighlighting the fact that the movement ofinstitute in Piazzetta Cuccia suffers the pressure of the market to which it refers, rather than of events linked to the security itself.

The medium-term structure remains positively connoted, while signs of contraction emerge due to the short-term approach forced to deal with the resistance identified at 12.34 euros. The functional support role offered by 12.27 is still excellent. Overall, the general context could justify a continuation of the consolidation phase towards 12.23.
