It is suspected that the vandals had been drinking heavily. “If you can’t handle drinking, it might be an idea not to drink so much that you can no longer control yourself,” the mayor writes. “If it wasn’t the drink, I certainly wonder how you came to this behavior! In any case, you and your friends have really ruined it for local residents and for the people who are committed to your safety.”
