(Finance) – The listing on the Stock Exchange for Pasquarelli Auto “It’s a new beginning and it shouldn’t be forgotten that we represent the first Italian dealer to be listed on the Stock Exchangeso we are very satisfied with the goal achieved”. He told Finance Marco Pasquarelli, managing director of the group, on the sidelines of the listing ceremony at Palazzo Mezzanotte.
“With the experience gained, representing twelve brands, we are happy to say who we are become an all-round mobility provider – he added – We have our own brand for the management and sale of used vehicles called SecondLife, a unique business model of its kind and therefore we are proud to have reached this milestone”.
Established in 1986 a San Salvo, in AbruzzoPasquarelli Auto is active in the sale of new and used cars and commercial vehicles (through its own brand SecondLife), in short, medium and long-term rental, as well as in the assistance and sale of spare parts.
Pasquarelli Auto closed the year ended 31 December 2022 with a production value equal to 203.8 million euros, up by 6.1% compared to 2021, a EBITDA equal to 9.7 million, up by 32.3% with an EBITDA margin of 4.8%, and a Net income of 5.5 million, an increase of 39.6%.
Looking to the next steps, the CEO explains that “we will certainly develop the SecondLife brand, through the construction of new offices around Italyand after we would like to try to invest the market resources through the growth by external lineswhere we will look for realities suited to our business model”.
Pasquarelli Auto represents the tenth admission since the beginning of the year on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) and brings to 197 the number of companies currently listed on the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises.
