In Utrecht, half of the municipalities took longer than two days to receive a response. In 7 (of the 26) municipalities there was still no answer after three weeks. These are Vijfheerenlanden, Houten, Soest, De Ronde Venen, Wijk bij Duurstede, Rhenen and Renswoude. It is unclear why they took so long. They may have missed the email or they may have planned to reply at a later time.
