A man has died after being stabbed in Uppsala during the evening. Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder. – We have cordoned off the place and we will carry out a technical investigation, says police spokesperson Pelle Vamstad. During the evening, the police were on the scene in Uppsala with several resources after a man was stabbed in Gottsunda. – We were on site quickly and were able to establish that this was the case. We found a man who had been stabbed, says police spokesperson Pelle Vamstad. The man had to be taken to hospital and later the police announced that the man died from his injuries. Three people have been arrested in connection with the incident and the police are investigating the incident as a murder. – We have cordoned off the site and we will carry out a technical investigation to ensure any findings. We will hear witnesses on the spot and we will knock on doors, Pelle Vamstad told TV4 Nyheterna earlier in the evening. The police received the alarm at 6.38 pm on Wednesday evening.
