It was last October last year that some boys in their lower teens went on a trick-or-treating tour in Gislaved. According to the man, the boys threw eggs at his house and he then contacted the police himself.
The boys have admitted throwing eggs and claim the man became violent and attacked them. The man is now charged with assaulting two of the boys. He allegedly punched them in the face with an open hand and also took a baseball bat from one of them and hit the boy in the stomach with it.
The man has denied any crime during questioning.
