Maja Dahlqvist does it again in Norway.
The Swede defends his victory in the sprint at Top Sports Week.
And second was Johanna Hagström in the Swedish doubles.
The Swedish skiers are currently fully loaded for the upcoming winter season. But in the middle of all the hard pre-season training, it is also important to break away from the competition and right now it is done on wheels when there is no snow on the roads.
Dahlqvist wins
On Thursday evening, the national team star showed Maja Dahlqvist that she will be counted on for the coming season by defending her victory from last year during the sprint at Toppidrettsveka in Norway. The competition is prestigious and Sweden got a lovely double on Norwegian soil when even Johanna Hagström took a strong second place.

Dahlqvist and Hagström both managed to get past third Hedda Östberg AmundsenNorway, at the start of the roller ski race.
– I felt tired, but it was apparently better in the fast muscle fibers. And perfect to dust off the Wassberg diagonal at the end, says Dahlqvist with a laugh to Norwegian NRK.
– It’s great fun to break training with competition, and my plan is to ride all four competition days here at Top Sports Week.

Swedish double
Even though it is pre-season, it will probably sting Norway that two Swedes come first and second before the best Norwegian.
– Maja was strong in the race, I had a slight misstep. But I already had to struggle when Hedda picked up the pace, says runner-up Hagström to the Norwegian media.
