Jos van op Zeeland describes the situation at the Stadsschouwburg where users are sometimes removed from the toilet, still with the needle in their arm. He also hopes for a ban on hard drug use in public. There is a daycare center across the street. They too have plenty of examples of unpleasant situations. The nursery opens early in the morning, also around the time users are looking for their first shot of the day. Op Zeeland describes how users become aggressive as soon as they fail to do so quickly enough. A student association at the Lucasbolwerk also lists a long list of incidents. Some students no longer dare to go to the club, or agree to go there together.
