    Serious accident – cyclist and bus in collision

    At 05.40 the police were alerted to a serious accident, a cyclist and a bus had collided in Järfälla.

    – An ambulance helicopter was on the scene and transported the cyclist to hospital. The cyclist was not conscious, says police spokesperson Magnus Jansson Klarin.

    The extent of the damage is unclear.

    Car and truck in collision – road closed

    A car and a truck have collided on the E6 north of Strövelstorp.

    It is unclear if anyone has been injured in connection with the accident.

    The road is currently completely closed.

  • Chaos in Gothenburg – several arrested

    During the night, the police arrested several people for assault in Gothenburg.

    Outside a pub on Andra Långgatan, two men in their 25s and 30s were arrested on suspicion of kicking a man who was lying down.

    The man reportedly lost consciousness and was taken to hospital.

    Two hours later, the police were called to Avenyn. Two bleeding men were found there. One, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital.

    The other man, in his 40s, is said to have also been beaten, kicked and cut on the finger by a group of people. The police make a report about this as well, but there are no suspects.

    Late on Thursday evening, the staff at a hotel in Halmstad called the police about an aggressive and assertive woman trying to get into a room.
