Kansas City: Argument was behind the shooting

A woman died when multiple shots were fired during the Super Bowl parade in Kansas City yesterday.
Now the police announce that it was an argument between several people who are behind the shots.
– The initial information shows that there is no connection to terrorism or extremism. This appears to be a dispute between several people that resulted in a shooting, Police Chief Stacey Graves said.

At a press conference in Kansas City, the police, together with the mayor, announced that an argument appears to be behind the shooting at the parade.

A total of 23 people are said to have been injured. A 43-year-old woman died as a result of the shooting and three people have been arrested.

– We are working tirelessly to investigate her murder, says police chief Stacey Graves.

It was after the victory parade outside the train station in Kansas City where thousands of people had gathered that several shots were suddenly fired. People fled in panic and members of the public helped apprehend at least one of the suspects.

– I want to thank the people who acted bravely together with the police. Your actions have not gone unnoticed, says Stacey Graves.
