(Finance) – ErreDuea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of electrolysers for the generation of clean hydrogen, announced that Rolando Robustelli, CFO of the company, has resigned its own resignation and the employment relationship will cease on 31 May 2024.
It is explained that Robustelli, however personal and professional reasons, will not be able to continue in the role. He assumed the position of CFO in December 2023.
Francesca BarontiniCEO of the company, with responsibility for Finance, will succeed Rolando Robustelli, also supervising the Finance, Administration and Control function, as Chief Financial Officer.
