After the semi-final loss against Finland, the Swedish Junior crowns got their revenge in the bronze match. Jepser Wallstedt played great in the Swedish goal just like before during the tournament and only let in one puck.

Fabian Lysell scored Sweden’s first goal at the end of the first period. The Czechs equalized through Michal Gut at the end of the second, but Isak Rosén manages to regain the lead quickly after that.

The score was 2–1 before the final period and with three and a half minutes left, Linus Sjödin scored his first point during the tournament and Sweden’s third goal.

In the last minutes, the Czechs took the goalkeeper off the ice and put a lot of pressure on, but it wasn’t enough and the match ended 3-1 to Sweden.
