The residents asked the administrative judge to rule that the IPvE is a decision against which an objection is possible. But the judge did not agree. “The IPvE is not a decision and therefore plaintiffs could not object to it,” the court writes in an explanation to the judgment. The ruling is much faster than expected. During the hearing, the judge said he would make a ruling in six weeks, and that was more than two weeks ago.
