Jublet does not want to go to bed in Kallinge when the Supreme Court has announced its decision.
– It feels fantastic, of course, says PFAS association chairman Herman Afzelius at a press conference in his home.
– So nice!
Scores of journalists have gathered in the villa in Kallinge, as has the board of the PFAS association. For the association, the legal battle has been going on since 2016, when the municipal water company was sued.
– This has really been a David versus Goliath fight, we took it and we won it.
– The emotions just bubble up, says Herman Afzelius.
This is also important for the water issue in Sweden as a whole, he notes.
