It has been reported that China and Pakistan have started military exercises in the East China Sea.
According to the news of the Chinese agency Xinhua, the navy ships of the two countries anchored from the military port in the city of Shanghai for the exercise called “Sea Guards-2”.
Chinese People’s Liberation Army Spokesperson Liu Vinşing stated that the exercise is a planned annual activity of the armies of the two countries.
Spokesperson Liu stressed that the activity is not linked to any regional situation and does not target third parties.
IT WILL LAST 4 DAYS
It was noted that the exercise, which is planned to last for 4 days, aims to increase defense cooperation, sharing of expertise and experience between China and Pakistan, and to promote traditional friendship and strategic partnership. (AA)
